We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are fresh and artisanal we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on change of mind.

However, your experience matters immensely to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo and reach out to us at info@plushandco.co.nz within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an immediate replacement.
